Someone once shared with me that if you get to enjoy what you are doing, it will be good to share. That set me into thinking. I started 2 months ago thinking of changing myself. I always feel tired easily at work, stress, breathless, and have insomnia. I believe that this lifestyle isn't good and decide to make a change. I started recently to attempt a 14-day challenge for a fitter me. I like to see myself accepting a challenge and preserve to it, I always have a problem keeping to something that I started and ended without result.
Besides exercising, I also start to think what other ways to improve the quality of my health. So I attempt my eating habits and also start to embark on a series of supplements. I start with #YoungLiving

To keep up with all things, I believed by blogging my user experience with supplements or products used, I can better relate to the outcome and further drives me more to understand the things that go into my stomach.
